Full Service Wedding Planning Package Pricing Starting At $5,000.00
Designed for the couples that provide us with their vision and would like us to handle all of the details for their wedding. We provide you with a list of all of our preferred vendors with many to choose from. We will coordinate a meeting with each of your vendors including the photographer, florist, DJ and other entertainment. This package is for the busy bride who wants everything done perfectly, and who doesn’t want to stress about the small details.

This package is for the couple who feels comfortable with handling some planning responsibilities and still needs professional assistance with finalizing details of the wedding. This includes day of coordination and management.

every wedding includes (1) wedding coordinator.
-Review all your vendor contracts to understand
exactly what will be arriving day of. Venue walk-through to go over details of the wedding day.
-Timeline creation and run of show of wedding
day details and distributed to vendors. – we keep
everyone in check!
-Vendor management – we will coordinate with
all contracted wedding vendors and confirm their
arrival times and services booked 1 week prior.
-Greet wedding vendors and be point of contact

Day of Coordination Package Prices Starting at $1075.00
This package is designed for couples, who have planned their wedding, but wants the assurance that every detail, small or big is taken care of a the day of and your wedding and ceremony goes off without a hitch. In this package, we orchestrate your wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. This package is for the bride who wants the luxury of enjoying her wedding day without having to worry about every last minute detail. We will meet with you two weeks before your big day. During this meeting, you’ll provide us with all vendor contracts, contacts, and other pertinent details so that we may ensure that everyone is on one accord for event production. Most of our brides select this package after they determine that they won’t have the time or energy to attend to details on the day of their wedding. This package is ideal for outdoor weddings, and barn weddings.
This package is for the bride who doesn’t need any assistance in the planning process, but would rather we assist with transforming their ceremony and reception venue into the atmosphere that will complement their dream wedding. Just in Time Events will handle the design aspects for your event. We prefer to take a different approach with our event design package. We meet with our clients to discuss what their theme or vision is for the ceremony and reception. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss the budget for your design. We work with a team that will, collaboratively, create the look that you want. When planning a wedding, you have the planning aspects and the design aspects. In some cases, our clients prefer to handle all of their planning and would like us to handle everything pertaining to design, from your candles and linens to your lighting and drapery. This includes setting out your table numbers, place cards based off of your seating arrangements, favors, etc.
