Just in Time Events design talent, under the leadership of Creative Director Angelina Hanratty, is pinterest worthy. Their dedicated team works closely with clients to define their unique vision, from creating detailed design plans and storyboards that provide a clear visual representation, to the selection and procurement of all design components for review. Just in Time Events ensures that every element — catering, signage, entertainment, staff attire, florals, lighting, custom furniture, graphics, draperies and linens, to name a few — is thoughtfully curated and clearly communicated to creative partners through detailed instructions, and that all remains in cohesive harmony throughout the project.

Planning

The team at Just in Time Events takes great pride in creating the most unique and spectacular celebrations in the country. No detail is left unturned throughout the planning process – expert site selection and management, appointment and supervision of creative partners and vendors that align with the client’s budget and aesthetic, catering and menu planning, paper suite and etiquette advice, the creation of detailed timelines and drawings, budget development and maintenance, integration of all design and production elements, and priority access to the Just in Time Events planning team from start to finish.


Production

Just in Time Events staffers are the first to arrive on-site and the very last to leave on event day. They provide a fully prepared logistics team and unlimited hours of service to supervise the timely installation of all elements. Just in Time Events team is there to receive creative partner and vendor deliveries, manage set-up of decor, infrastructure, staging and entertainment, provide guest assistance, cue activities for a successful event flow, liaise with venue management, and conduct final strike. They ensure that the client’s vision is sustained and expectations exceeded throughout the duration of the event.

Wedding Planning Packages

Full Planning

Designed for couples that provide us with their vision and would like us to handle all
of the details for their wedding. We provide you with a list of all of our preferred
vendors with many to choose from. We will coordinate a meeting with each of your
vendors including the photographer, transportation, florist, DJ, and other vendors. This
package is for the busy bride who wants everything done perfectly by a professional, including the small details. Full Planning $8,500.00 +

Partial Planning

Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who have already completed
portions of their planning and require less assistance than a Full Service Package. This offering
is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our
professional assistance to guide them along the way.

Partial Planning $4,500.00+

Month of Planning

Month of Planning also referred to “Day of Coordination”. This package is for the Couple who has all of their vendors booked, wedding designed and would like a professional to oversee everything on the day of the wedding. We will start our relationship about a month before your
wedding and get caught up on everything you have done up until then.

Month of Planning $2,500.00 +
